Which apps and watches work
intervals.icu, Strava, Suunto, Polar, Apple Health, Health Connect, and what each one brings.
Milewise records nothing of its own on your watch. It reads what your watch already sends to the apps below, so the question is which of them your watch talks to.
| Source | What it brings |
|---|---|
| intervals.icu | Your whole training history in full detail, your zones, and the calendar your plan is written into. The primary source. Connect intervals.icu |
| Strava | Your activities, read-only. Shown in your history; the coach does not read them, by Strava's rules. Connect Strava |
| Suunto | Workouts with their detail, sleep and recovery. Your planned sessions go back as SuuntoPlus Guides. Connect your Suunto watch |
| Polar | Workouts, sleep and recovery, through Polar AccessLink. |
| Apple Health | On the iPhone: sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, and workouts other apps wrote there. Apple Health and Health Connect |
| Health Connect | On Android: the same, read from the phone. |
| Google Calendar | Read-only, connected separately: the coach plans around what your week already holds. |
| A file | Upload a workout file from any watch, or a Strava data export. |
Garmin, Coros, Wahoo and the rest
Through intervals.icu or Strava. Connect your watch there, connect that account here, and the history comes with it. A plan written into intervals.icu reaches whatever watch you linked there.
