Connect intervals.icu

The primary source: your history, your zones, and the calendar the plan lands in.

intervals.icu is the source Milewise was built around. If your watch syncs there, connecting it brings everything at once.

  1. 01

Open You, then Settings, then Connected apps. Press Add connection, then Sign in with intervals.icu.

  2. 02

You are taken to intervals.icu's own sign-in page and approve the connection there. Milewise never sees your intervals.icu password.

  3. 03

Back in Milewise, your history loads over the next minutes. The longer the history, the better the coach knows you from day one.

What Milewise reads

What Milewise writes

Your plan, into your intervals.icu calendar, with a subscription: the next ten days, each session with its steps and targets on its day, so the watch you linked at intervals.icu gets it too. Rest days are never sent. Your plan on your watch.

Your heart-rate zones and FTP, into your intervals.icu sport settings, so the plan and the watch use the same zones.

Both start on when you connect; the switches Send workouts to your watch and Sync my HR zones and FTP are on the intervals.icu row. Sending activities to intervals.icu or naming them from your plan stays off until you switch it on.

Turning it off

Disconnect on the intervals.icu row under Connected apps. Milewise removes the sessions it placed on your calendar, forgets its access, and asks whether to delete the activities and recovery data from there as well (Disconnect and delete, or Disconnect only). Zones it wrote into intervals.icu stay there. To be thorough, also revoke Milewise in your intervals.icu settings; intervals.icu has no way for us to do that for you.
