Your data: export it, delete it
The full export, account deletion, and what survives it.
Everything Milewise holds about you is yours to take away or to erase, from the app, without asking anyone.
Export
Open You, then Settings, then Privacy, and press Email me my data. A ZIP is mailed to your confirmed address (a sign-in with Strava alone has none yet: add one on the same page first): your activities, your nights, your plan, your chats, your settings, in files you can open. It is the full record, not a summary.
Delete
On the same Privacy page, Delete my account. You get a confirmation link by mail, valid for 24 hours; opening it erases the account and everything in it at once. An account with no confirmed address is deleted at once; in a browser you are asked to sign in again first if your sign-in is older than ten minutes. Without the app, the same works by mail from milewise.de/delete-account.
The deletion cancels a web subscription, revokes Milewise at Google, Apple, Strava, Polar and Suunto, and removes the sessions it placed on your intervals.icu calendar and the guides in your Suunto account. What is kept, and for how long, is spelled out on that page: invoices for the statutory period, a hashed marker so a free trial is granted once, and backups that age out within about seven months.
Where it lives
On one server in Germany. Requests to the coach's AI models use routes inside the EU and the EFTA states; section 8 of the privacy policy describes each one. No advertising trackers, on the site or in the app. The whole picture is in the privacy policy.
