Help · The coach
The morning check
Go, ease or rest: what it reads, what changes the verdict, and why it sometimes says it cannot tell.
Every morning, once your watch has synced the night, the coach compares three things with your own last two weeks: how long you slept, your overnight HRV and your resting heart rate. Then it writes one line and one decision for the session on your plan.
The three verdicts
- GO
Everything near your baseline. The planned session stands.
- EASE
One or two numbers off. Quality becomes easy, or the session gets shorter. The hard day moves, it is not lost.
- REST
A bad enough night, or pain you reported. Nothing is pushed to your watch on a rest day.
When it says it cannot tell
No night recorded, or too few nights in the last two weeks to know your normal, and the coach says so instead of guessing. Wear the watch to bed, or connect the phone's health app, and the check fills in on its own.
What you can add
Tell the coach in the chat how you feel, that something hurts, or that the day will be hot. Pain always wins: no session is programmed through a knee that hurts, today or any day.
