What happens to your message

Your email address, your name and your text go to our mailbox and stay there for as long as the enquiry is being handled. On the way to us, none of it is written to a database. Our reply is an ordinary email: it leaves our own mail server through the delivery service that server uses for outgoing mail, so the reply, and whatever it quotes from your message, passes through that service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract with you, and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise. Details are in the privacy policy.

Please do not send health details you do not need to send. If you are describing a problem with your training, what you think is relevant is almost always enough.

Who we are is in the legal notice. You can delete your account without us at milewise.de/delete-account.
