What happens to your message

Your email address, your name and your text go to our mailbox and stay there for as long as the enquiry is being handled. Our reply is an ordinary email: it leaves our own mail server through the delivery service that server uses for outgoing mail, so the reply, and whatever it quotes from your message, passes through that service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract with you, and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise, our interest being to answer enquiries addressed to us.
